Our Journey
The Iwalewa Autism Project originated as Iwalewa Autism Awareness in the UK in 2012, with a focus on raising awareness about autism. Recognizing the need for more comprehensive support, the organization expanded its efforts to Nigeria, integrating awareness initiatives with direct support programs for individuals with autism and their families.

A passionate autism advocate, has worked in special needs education and mental health awareness in the US. She is now expanding the Iwalewa Autism Project to provide direct support and advocate for policy change.

With decades of experience in leadership and community development, he ensures that the organization’s programs reach diverse communities, providing much-needed support and resources.

Strategic Partnerships
An advocate for children with autism, with experience in special needs education and mental health care. She is now pursuing her ASN degree in nursing to further her impact in this field.
